Authentic American Pit Bulls Since 1986
Boldog Swamp Guppy, CGC
OFA hips/elbows pending, CERF, Heart clear
Due to my health issues, Guppy has not had a chance to prove herself by being titled. Her superb temperament has made her a great companion and I hope to showcase her weight pull skills soon. She could have been an awesome IPO prospect, as she has a good, hard, natural strike, is obedient and tracks well. Just a perfect little pit bull bitch.

Boldog The Next Big Thing, CGC
CERF, Heart clear
Thing is a pet, much loved but spayed and not used for breeding. Her prey drive is off the charts. She routinely rips the grills off my vehicles while they are running - I think she thinks they are a BIG hog!
WSP K9 Boldog X-Dog
Washington State Patrol Explosives Detection Dog
CERF clear, OFA Heart clear, Hips x-rayed good
X-Dog was simply one of the most extraordinary pit bulls I have ever seen. I had no doubts about using her for a foundation bitch for my "private reserve" line of sport dogs. Her first litter produced an IPO III son, an IPO II, TR 3 son, an obedience, weight pull and tracking titled daughter and a son who is a narcotics detection K9 with the Washington State Patrol. She herself went on to become the Washington State Patrol's star explosives detection K9! Producing my stud dog Boldog Damien (her great-grandson) may have been her best accomplishment of all.

OFA Hips Ex, CERF clear, OFA Heart clear
A fun competition obedience dog, she has won multiple High In Trials. A water FANATIC. Just a great, athletic bitch. Grandmother of Boldog Damien.
CERF clear, OFA Heart clear, OFA hips prelim good
A very serious bitch. Unfortunately she was a victim to my serious health issues at the time and I was unable to work her. She gave me Damien and Guppy, and for that I am forever grateful.
SchH I, IWPA WDS (Silver Medalist)
OFA Good, CERF, OFA Heart clear
Grip was an amazing companion and "den mother" to her many kids (all from one litter!) that lived with us. She was a tough one, when she had to be, but a fine dog by any measure. Her dam was Cheek's Baroness, SchH III, U-UD, U-AG3
Boldog Erin Fay,
"Air" Erin! The most fun on a springpole a dog could be! She earned her weight pull titles and was a sweet, good friend for many, many years. Her dam was Grip, SchH I, IWPA WDS
Another daughter of Boldog Grip, SchH I, WDS, and a pure Sarona stud. I learned a lot from dear Mhorgana and she was a springpole and treadmill fanatic. A true representative of the red nose dogs.
Pagan was a sweet little thing, but had no aptitude to work. Another Grip pup. This was the litter that taught me that every litter only has a few top, choice working prospects in it, no matter how well bred. The rest can be pets, but for those working to produce outstanding dogs, well, this was why culling was invented. You can, as a breeder, produce a lot of dogs, or you can produce a few great ones. The choice is yours.
Another Grip daughter out of her one litter. Maulie was a tough one, and a beautiful bitch. Always one of my favorites though she lacked useful working drives.
Boldog Little Yellow Jacket,
CERF, OFA Heart clear
A wonderful bitch who unfortunately had to be euthanized at a young age due to a spinal injury.
Thriller was a special little girl. I loved her so. Rest in peace my gentle friend.
SchH I, IWPA WDS, U-CD
My beloved Brittania! Dread's partner in crime, she was a TOUGH, game bitch with a heart of gold. She did it all, but lived in the shadow of Bandog Dread. She scored 97 in protection for her SchH I, and 95 going for her SchH II, but sadly proved to be gunshy.
BR's Wicked Cassie
French Ring 3, U-CDX, WPBTCA National Champion
CERF clear, OFA Heart, Patella, Elbows clear, Hips OFA Excellent
9.15.07 - 06.07.14
Thank you Leri Hanson for allowing me to bring this bitch to retire here at Boldog. Cassie proved to be sterile, and very sadly died before I could earn her IPO titles. Cassie was much loved by Leri and myself, sorely missed, and remains a legend among true working pit bulls. A wonderful bitch with a huge sense of humor. Sleep peacefully Cass, you are missed.

Nell is without question the friendliest, soundest, strongest nerved pit bull bitch I have ever seen. At 58 pounds she's a bit too large for my taste but what are you going to do? Due to her size she will not be bred.
OFA health clearances pending
Bitey was brought in to reduce size. She is from a small family of dogs well known in competitive weight pull, line-bred on Ch. B-Line's Cowboy, POR. Thanks to breeder Shane Going and previous owner "Mad Hatter Kennels" for this opportunity. Bitey was bred once to Boldog Damien and produced Boldog Druid and Boldog Jim, my two current IPO dogs.
